Just ok. Not worth $10...
I wouldn't recommend this, or buy it again. The details tell you nowhere that the wire is replaceable or what to replace it with. Neither does the box, once you buy this. So when it breaks, I either dispose of it or guess at a new wire. Its very heavy and if you managed to find a good wire you MIGHT be able to cut harder cheeses with it. It does great on the velveeta (how's that for soft) and the cheddar -- if I leave the cheddar out to get to room temp. The cylinder doesn't stay put well when trying to cut certain sizes. I had to keep tightening the screws. It washed up great, and easily. Don't buy this. Its not worth the ten dollars unless you just want something that is a heavy piece of metal.
