Great at First... Then problems!
This popcorn machine was great for awhile. Then I started to have some issues. A small metal piece that turns the popcorn in the kettle started to stick when turning. After about 6 months it broke. I contacted the seller and they told me that I could purchase a new piece out of warranty and that the small metal piece (worth about 50 cents) would cost me $25 and shipping. So now it out of commission until I send the seller about $35 dollars. Oh well....I guess some sellers don't care about repeat business with customers..

we got this unit to add to our rental business, item was as described, and was extremely well packaged, they hae exceptional customer service, the reason we know this is the unit was defective when it arrived, we found that the kettle would not heat up and the stirrir moror didnt work well, the unit wa smissing a screw or two, and consequestly was sort of twisted in its assembley, so nothing fit correctly. we contacted customer service and they poromplysent out a new kettle, followed by a new stirrer motor, I purchased longer and better quality sheet metal screws and changed out all the screws, so the unit was Square, after do that and replacing kettle and stirer motor all seemed to work, for my time and efford they gave us a full refund, I would do usiness with them agaoin as I think our issues were ust a one up sort of thing, and their customer support was exceptional, the machine seems to work perfectly now, although I think I still have to adjust the level of the kettle so that...
