Whynter FX-7SB Free-Standing Hot & Cold Water Dispenser, Black

ABSOLUTE JUNK JUNK JUNK!!!!!
I have never reviewed on here before,but I feel compelled to let everyone know just what a total piece of junk this thing is.I had a Sunbeam for years that was great and it finally gave out.I wanted the best and in stainless steel,so after much research this Whynter was rated tops. I ordered it (not from Amazon), and it took 3.5 weeks to arrive. It sure is nice looking - but it ends there. The water was p*** warm,and there is no temp adjustments. When the chiller turns on to "chill" the water,it makes noises like it was going to blow up. But the icing on the cake is when water started leaking out of the tap,and then from under the whole dispensor area - all over my new hardwood floor. I ripped it out and tossed it as soon as I could - of course this was just after the warranty expired. I now have one of the free water coolers from a home water delivery company that is fine. This is what anyone should do - get your cooler from them - DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE BUY THIS PRODUCT WHAT...

Leaky piece of garbage - DO NOT PURCHASE
Like a fool, I did not heed the warning of the previous reviewer. Of course, s/he was not wrong. This unit appears to function fine for a short while, then leaks all over your floor. By the time you discover the leak, it's too late, and your floor will be ruined.

DO NOT BUY THIS DISPENSER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!

[Our purchase from Amazon on July 20, 2011 of the Whynter Water Dispenser] We have used our Whynter FX-7SB Free-Standing Hot & Cold Water Dispenser, color black, for a year. Then it began to drip cold water. I wrote to the Whynter Company asking how we could fix the problem. They answered back the next day. Whynter sent directions and information on repairing product. Also stating if this did not take care of the problem we could order a replacement part that would take care of issue. They were most helpful. I am sorry others had problems with the dispenser.
