Hamilton Beach 73300 Popcorn Maker. HAMILTON BEACH POPCORN POPPER OTHELC. Oil - 1.25 gal

Hamilton Beach 73300 very good popper with one important design flaw
The Hamilton Beach 73300 produced very good popcorn, left no unpopped kernels, and is fairly easy and quiet to use. Watching the corn popping is more entertaining than TV. Our only criticism is that it is awkward and maybe dangerous to empty the top container after popping. You have to grasp the whole machine and turn it over while the bottom containing the motor and heater are attached. They are heavy and there is a risk of dropping the whole thing and getting burned. We also have a Cuisinart which operates similarly, except that you only have to lift the heater which is light leaving the heavy motor in the base. In summary we prefer the Cuisinart although they are both good corn poppers.

retro is still the best
I didn't know that they were still around in the microwave era. They still make real popcorn the right way
